Temporarily stop the payment

It is possible to temporarily stop the payment from the defined benefit retirement pension that SPV manages. You can also temporarily stop the payment from the parts managed by Kåpan Tjänstepension, as well as from the selectable part managed by the insurance provider you have chosen. The rules may differ between these parts, so make sure to check what applies in your case.

Here are a few things you need to know about the defined benefit retirement pension:

  • Your payment must have started, meaning you must have received at least one payment.
  • The break must last for at least one calendar month. There is no upper limit for how long it may last.
  • You may temporarily stop the payment as many times as you wish.
  • It is not possible to temporarily stop the payment of a survivor’s pension.

To apply to temporarily stop the payment from the defined benefit retirement pension, log in to Mina sidor (in Swedish). If you prefer, you can apply using the paper form below. The application form is only available in Swedish.
